「全人藝動」聯同「藝術在醫院」的11名藝術家，於2005年8月期間遠赴斯里蘭卡東岸的海嘯重災區Kalmunai，與接近三百位兒童進行一系列藝術活動，為經歷海嘯創傷的兒童重建心靈。這次活動的成功亦有賴香港兒童的參與，他們先於5月《藝愛心縫心》活動中做出美麗的拼布，為災民籌款並送上祝福。
In August of 2005, Art for All and Art in Hospital‘s team of 11 artists, travelled to Kalmunai, east Sri Lanka. There, they held art healing activities for 300 children who suffered from the traumatizing effect of the Tsunami. The success of this project was also due the effort of Hong Kong children, who participated in “Arts Aid – Stitch In” during May. They created beautiful fabric works that raised money and sent blessings to the people of South Asia.
