對象:長者運動導師、長者中心會員及獨居長者
邀請長者導師拍攝運動教學片,並分享他們的生平及經歷,並於長者中心播放,讓長者中心會員,及獨居長者觀看,並跟著做運動。除了一起做運動,更邀請到魚王, 百歲客家歌王,八十多歲摺纸大師,一齊和長者們創作、歌之舞之畫之。希望各長者於疫症之下,都可以保持健康身心。

雖然在這疫情中,我們不能親自見面,但仍可以一起開心玩樂!一起觀看……一起動…
