藝術創作的過程鼓勵思想和表達，我們相信每個人都可以參與藝術，透過藝術發掘身份及內在潛能，並與身邊的人結連。
社群藝術是一個群體的藝術過程，其作品的「美」是建立於作者們赤裸與元始的表達。在社群藝術家的引導下，群體中多元和一致的意念在創作過程中相互撞擊，然後在互相尊重的共識下展現於同一個舞台或同一幅畫布上，在「美」的追求中達致升華。好的藝術活動總是能夠凝聚社群，其作品的力量更能感染廣大群眾。
社群藝術是一項持續的工作。「全人藝動」的團隊一般會在每個群體投入二至三年時間，在此期間與該區團體緊密合作，設計合適的藝術活動並訓練當地人士延續以藝術凝聚群體的工作。在這過程中，藝術成為凝聚與建立社群的動力，推動他們以內在的力量超越困難。
Our work in community art
The process of art making encourages contemplation and expression. We believe that everyone can create art, and through the process to discover one’s identity, potential and connect with others.
Community Art is a shared artistic process. The beauty of it lies in the art makers’ genuine expression. Under the facilitation of the Community Artists, the range of values and ideas of the individuals are shared and negotiated through the creative process. Through mutual appreciation and respect, individuals find their own place on a shared stage, canvas or song, transcending in the beauty of the process. Well executed art programmes can bring together people and communities, and the artworks produced touches the heart of people.
Community Art is a sustained process. Our teams usually work in partnerships with indigenous organizations of a community for 2 to 3 years through specially designed programmes, and train others who can carry on the art programmes in the long run. The process draws and empowers people of a community, showing them that they have the power to overcome challenges.
