北川永昌中學藝術倡導計劃2011 Beichuan Yongchong High School Art Facilitation Programme 我們有感重置後的北川永昌中學的同學們面臨著來自學業及適應新環境的壓力。因此在2011年間，「全人藝動」的藝術家曾三次探訪他們，目的是透過有趣的藝術活動幫助他們平衡沉重的學業及幫助來自不同背景的學生建立良好的關係。同時 我們亦為老師提供培訓，令他們能在課堂上靈活運用藝術教育，更重要的是，以藝術舒緩他們疲勞的身心。 The relocated community of Beichuan’s Yongchong High School is facing the pressure of schooling and of living in a new community. 農村婦女社群藝術活動自二零零八年起，「全人藝動」聯同當地婦女團體為河南農村婦女舉辦藝術活動。透過織品、布料等村婦們熟悉的物品，讓她們找到抒發情感和探索自我的途徑。另外，我們亦運用不同形式的戲劇鼓勵村婦們投入參與討論，議題包括家庭生活、兩性角色、婦女健康和家暴問題等。 除了提供藝術活動外，「全人藝動」亦培訓當地的社會工作者成為社群藝術活動的策劃人。在當地社工帶領下，培育出村婦們互相信任的精神和鼓勵了她們的自發性， 這些精神對戲劇計劃中的舞台劇及教育短片作出十分重要的貢獻。「全人藝動」現正為該團體主辦的教育劇擔任故事和劇本創作顧問。 2011-2012 藝術家團隊剛於2011-2012年為以往合作的三個村莊的兒童、長者及家庭舉行親子音樂劇、長者合唱團及200多米長的巨型壁畫活動，增強了藝術創作和表達活動的廣泛性，以歡樂提升村民的關係。 Community Art Programme for Rural Women Since 2008, Art for All has partnered with local women groups in Henan to empower its rural women. 「全人藝動」經常聯同各區機構為不同少數族裔舉辦藝術活動。藉此讓參加者探索個人、家庭與生活之間的聯繫，進而幫助他們融入社區。 多元種族融合之道我們亦會為個別群體因應他們的背景、生活經驗和所面對的困難設計活動。同時，我們亦促進不同種族群體間之間的和諧與互相欣賞，舉辦各種不同的活動，如《噢！壁畫運動大比拼》(2008)和《油叔叔！小尖Jim！旺婆婆！影．畫．唱遊天》(2011)。 總言之，「全人藝動」致力推動少數族裔對自身及對不同種族群體的認識與了解，以達致彼此可以欣賞各自的獨特性及優點，為建立融和社會提供正面及積極的動力！ Cross cultural efforts are very important for Hong Kong’s community development.  Art for All partners with numerous local centres to provide programmes for various ethnic groups, using art to explore issues of identity, home and life; helping them to become a part of the wider community. 長者活動(早期) Earlier projects for Older Adults

全人藝動亦十分關注長者需要，在2003至04年間 ，我們為長者舉辦《戲膳藝傳》戲劇活動，取得相當成果，並讓我們與長者之間建立了十分密切的聯繫。2010年出版的《老爹媽思廚》將《戲膳藝傳》活動長者們過往的經歷重現在新一代的眼前。此食譜與坊間烹飪書刊不同之處在於每一道菜色的背後，都記載著主人翁動人的故事。 自2011年開始，「全人藝動」於東華三院賽馬會復康中心舉辦《老爹媽回憶匣》這活動。通過音樂、繪畫和遊戲等活動，為不同能力及患有早期失智症長者服務；讓他們重拾過去的記憶和重新與所身處的社區建立聯繫，活動的成果於2012辦《老爹媽回憶匣》展覽展示。此外，「全人藝動」現正於循道愛華村服務中心舉辦一連串的活動及訓練。這些項目將作為香港城市大學應用社會學系研究之用。 Art for All is an advocate for elderly welfare.
